30-DAY COMMS AUDIT & OVERHAUL (MOST POPULAR)
I take a comprehensive look at all of your communication methods including social media, website, email newsletter, artist bio, promo materials, past interviews, and any other ways you communicate with your audience and evaluate voice, messaging, clarity, effectiveness, image, and overall brand strategy. I give detailed feedback as well as ideas for storytelling angles, edits/re-writes of copy, and new communication platforms/channels to try, and spend a month overhauling it all with you in four weekly meetings.
TWO VARIATIONS:
DIY - You make all changes yourself, including writing, editing, design, and setting up new platforms as needed. Includes 4 weekly 60-minute video calls where I answer questions, check your work, and give light assistance.
DIFY - I give you detailed feedback, edits, and suggestions for new platforms to sign up for, and (once you approve them) I do the work for you. This includes writing/editing promo copy, updating websites, social media bios, and email templates, as well as building you a basic website (if needed), importing contacts into newsletter platforms, and more. Includes 4 weekly 60-minute video calls where I show you deliverables and walk you through changes.
ARTIST BIOS / BAND BIOS
A custom bio for your band/musical project or any other creative endeavors, for use on your website, press releases, streaming services, electronic press kits, and more. Includes an in-depth interview about the project (conducted by a music journalist with nearly two decades of experience interviewing musicians), two rounds of edits, and a polished, ready-for-use bio (in full, medium, and short versions). My goal for this goes beyond promo purposes: I want to leave you feeling truly seen, with a renewed excitement about showing your art to the world.
